A prominent Essex Equestrian Venue has gone up for sale today.
Zoe Napier Country & Equestrian have recently been instructed to sell Norton Heath Equestrian Centre; one of East Anglia’s most renowned and popular show centres, with a Guide Price of £3,250,000.
The centre is nationally renowned, attracting both affiliated and unaffiliated shows, training clinics, demonstrations and outdoor summer shows.
Norton Heath is just twenty-eight miles from Greenwich Park, which could prove of interest with the 2012 Olympic equestrian games in the not too distant future.
Estate agent Zoe Napier said, “It is quite obvious that the site offers a great venue to lease or part lease to one or two of the International teams who will be coming over to train ahead of the Olympics in 2012 which could prove quite lucrative for the incoming purchaser.”
The centres owner, Tonie Finch has brought Norton Heath significantly on over the past four years to accommodate both affiliated and unaffiliated shows in dressage, show jumping and showing, with its vastly improved facilities. However, Tonie feels that it’s time now to dedicate more time with her own horses.
