Yesterday evening, crowds gathered as The Equestrian Learning Academy was official opened, by international dressage rider Paul Hayler.
The academy is the brainchild of managing director Leanne Lockheart, as a new start-up learning provider, they specialize in equine based qualifications including Apprenticeships and Foundation Learning.
Leeanne explains, “Our programmes are for ages 16+ and are funded by the government through the Skills Funding Agency and Young Peoples Learning Agency with our delivery staff having many years experience of delivery; primarily its all about courses for people who want to work in the industry or already do and want formal qualifications that will help them progress
